DIGS: A Collaboration Series Project by Isabelle Gougenheim and Daniel Stern

The Collaboration Series Project consist of paintings by Daniel Stern and Isabelle Gougenheim. Each piece of the collaboration series is started by one of the artist and then mailed back to the other in a repeated exchange, without any dialog by either of the artist. No rules, no timeline, no restrictions or stated purpose are established other than a desire to complete the piece with respect to the progress and sensibility of the other. Each painting reaches a conclusion on its own merit.
